Marchesi Antinori's La Braccesca estate sits in the heart of Montepulciano, where Sangiovese thrives on clay-rich soils. This 2022 vintage shows why this region has been crafting exceptional reds for centuries.
The wine opens with intense ruby hues and a fruity nose lifted by vanilla and violet notes. On the palate, you'll find smooth textures carrying waves of blackberry and blackcurrant, rounded out by beautiful spice undertones. The finish stretches long and savory, holding its intensity from start to end.
This pairs beautifully with bistecca alla fiorentina, wild boar ragu, or aged pecorino. Decant for at least an hour before serving at 16-18°C to let the wine fully express itself.
