The nose opens with fennel, lavender, and broom, layered with hints of pear and white flowers. On the palate, everything feels fresh and balanced without being overly exuberant. As it ages over the next few years, it will develop petrol notes and reveal deeper mineral character.

Pair this with grilled sea bass, roasted chicken with herbs, or a creamy goat cheese salad. Serve slightly chilled at 10-12°C to let those aromatic notes shine through.
